This content can be delivered as a workshop, a book, or a consulting session (or all three) - you choose! Whilst working on a consulting assignment for one of our clients we were asked to give them some simple, practical ideas for how they could keep customer focus alive and fresh in their international offices. We came up with 52 ideas and produced them as a book which was sent to all of their account managers and teams. We can customise the ideas for different clients, brand the book with our clients' own branding, or even deliver the ideas as a workshop, seminar or (as we have for one client) produce them as online content for an in-house web site.
