These are examples of the work we undertake for our clients.  In some cases we deliver ready-made content that meets our clients' specific needs; for example the GfK management training and the Thomson Reuters conference speech.  Often we design and deliver customised content around what our clients tell us they are trying to achieve; the StepStone management training programme and the MSN Media Academy are excellent examples of this co-operative approach.

Customer Experience - MSN Media Academy

We have worked with MSN, the Microsoft media portal, for 5 years developing and delivering training workshops to media teams all over the world, from Europe to South America, Asia and Australia. Every year we have taken our client's key business messages and turned them into a series of workshops that we've delivered internationally. We've covered customer experience, competitive differentiation, customer satisfaction and loyalty, content programming, teambuilding and a host of other key business themes requested by our client. We've received excellent feedback from our sponsor and from the participants in the many countries we've visited over the years.


GfK NOP Management Skills

We developed and delivered a series of one-day training courses for the managers of market research leaders GfK NOP (formerly National Opinion Polls) in the UK. Demand for places is always high and we receive excellent feedback from participants. We've covered teambuilding, people management, customer focus, and a variety of other topics including some personalised one-to-one presentation skills training for specially selected personnel who regularly present to important customers.


Management Development Programme

We designed and delivered a management development programme for StepStone, a major European online recruitment specialist. All of StepStone's managers went through our year-long 11-day programme, and feedback was so positive that we were asked to develop and deliver a leadership level version for the CEO and Board. This programme was delivered across Europe and places were very much in demand as the programme grew.


Customer Experience Conference Speeches

After seeing our promotional video on You Tube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PZ10cFRFsTY ) we were approached by Thomson Reuters to deliver a customer experience speech at their annual international sales conference in Mauritius. Feedback was excellent and the video also led to us being asked to speak at a Gartner CRM conference. We've delivered our very popular "It's NOT magic!" seminar to conference audiences of all sizes around the world, from a large event in Singapore Zoo to a private lunch in the UK House of Lords!
