Content

This is where customer experience and management training come together as we deliver a customisable workshop focusing on emotional intelligence (EQ). We use a combination of EQ, motivation, team dynamics, influence and persuasion, leadership skills and customer focus to explore three key areas for 21st century managers and leaders:

  • setting a business vision that inspires and engages customers and employees
  • creating and sustaining teamwork and cross-group collaboration in your business
  • building customer experiences that drive recommendation and repurchase

We believe emotional intelligence is a competitive differentiator and we'll show you how and why in this workshop.
