THM provided a 45-minute workshop, which we ran twice at each location across the week. We used our “It’s NOT magic” seminar, working with our internationally successful magician, to really bring customer experience messages to the audience in a way that they had never seen it done before.
The audiences loved the workshop, and feedback at the end of the event was phenomenally good, with 100% of comments positive and 89% rating the session excellent.
The Board of Directors were delighted with the session, and the way in which it supported a highly successful conference tour. |
