
Customer Experience World Tour
A global internet company wanted to deliver customer experience training to their employees and partner companies across the world.
We built a 4 hour workshop around our clients’ critical customer experience messages, bringing a lively, participative approach to some serious business training.
The challenge was to build a workshop that would work across geographies, languages, cultures, for sales people and technical people, and for internal employees as well as external partner companies.
We combined our clients’ strategy and brand materials with a variety of our own simulations and magic to create a workshop that would hold interest, communicate simple but vital messages, and teach the participants something new about how and why they need to deliver top quality customer experiences in a highly competitive marketplace.
The workshop ran for over 400 people in Mexico, Brazil, India, Australia, Singapore, Korea, Taiwan, China, and Canada.
