A game linked directly to the Contract Law game and generally played in the afternoon session of the workshop to introduce the key concepts of IPR.
The teams find out the truth about the new supplier they signed a contract with in the Contract Law game. They listen to a series of pre-recorded phone calls in which the CEO of the company they signed up goes about organising the development and delivery of the product they have purchased from him. Each call exposes IPR infringements, and teams are challenged to identify the rights that have been infringed. At the end of the game the teams realise how important IPR is as a subject, and how much they need to know about it, meaning that they are very receptive to the workshop content that follows from the legal training team.
