A light-hearted event with a serious team-working message. Teams of participants are set a series of challenges that test the skills of a variety of different personality types. Music, maths, dexterity, lateral thinking, physical co-ordination, quick thinking etc are all tested. The teams that win are those that recognise the different skills they have hidden within the team members and match them most successfully to the tasks in hand. Fun to do, very funny to watch, and very relevant to understanding personality types and their role within teams. This is particularly effective when combined with sessions about teamwork, team dynamics, Myers Briggs etc.
