A game designed to help teams to identify and understand the impact of any internal problems or issues across their own departments.
Teams of participants are placed in a fictitious company and are set the task of collating a set of customer facts and figures from a number of internal departments, in order to report back to their Chief Exec who has raised a number of questions about how much the company really knows about its customers. Frustrations and obstacles abound as the teams hit all of the inter-departmental problems most prevalent or typical in your business (we work with you to customise the game to your own particular needs).
A good game for questioning not only your internal structures (and whether or not they really support your customers) but also identifying whether you really have the data that you need to understand your customers, and if you do, whether you can find it and use it effectively.
Inside Out is a great way to surface internal issues and get teams talking about how to fix them. There is another version of this game called Case Study.
