A game in which we recreate a courtroom drama.
Participants are split into teams, one team being the Office of Fair Trading, the other being a company under investigation for allegedly breaking competition law in the way they go about their business.
Both teams are given a large amount of information to process, and a very limited amount of time in which to assess it, before they are thrown into the courtroom battle to prove whether or not the company is guilty.
At the end of this game participants have been introduced to all of the top level concepts of competition law, and are already starting to question whether or not they and their company are actually operating within the law! They are very keen to go on and learn more about competition law in the rest of the workshop.
