A game in which participants are split into teams and tasked with tackling three different “suppliers”, played by pre-briefed helpers. The teams have to sign up a new supplier on a new contract, agree a variation of terms to an existing contract with another supplier, and terminate the contract of a third supplier.
Each supplier leads the participants into the pitfalls of contract law, ensuring that participants learn the basic top level messages around the law, and understand the critical importance of discovering more.
At the end of the game we summarise the key points raised by the game and lead into a workshop where each of these points is then examined in detail by a qualified legal team.
